Is there parking?
The Hacienda has a parking lot which is available at no additional charge.
Is gratuity for the coordinators and servers included in the pricing?
No, it is not included, but always appreciated by the coordinators and serving staff!
Is there a property rental fee?
No, there is no property rental fee.
What are your centerpieces like?
We do not guarantee specific colors or type of flower for our centerpieces, but they always reflect the garden setting of our property. If you want anything specific, you may always provide your own centerpieces. There would be no change in the package cost.
Do you do rehearsals?
Yes, included in the wedding package is a half hour of rehearsal time scheduled on Thursdays between 3:00pm-8:00pm.
Are there hotels nearby?
Yes, there are numerous hotels in close proximity to our location. Please see the Hacienda Referral list with recommended hotels, some of which offer our clients nice discounts.
Do you offer Chiavari chairs?
Yes, our mahogany Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions are available as an upgrade for $4.00 per chair.
Can you help us find ministers?
Yes, we have a referral list that will help you find all the vendors that you need.
Do you allow live bands?
Yes, at The Hacienda we allow live bands (in the Taos Room only) when you have the entire property booked, mariachis, harpists and string quartets, etc. and Disc Jockeys. Live music must end by 10:00pm.
What are the choices for ceremony music?
You have a variety of choices available to you. These are some of the standard songs choices:
Bridal Chorus, Wagner (Traditional Bridal Entrance)
Wedding March, Mendelssohn (Traditional Recessional)
How late can we go?
The Hacienda can go as late as 11:00pm.
Do you have more than one wedding a day?
Yes. We normally have an afternoon and an evening wedding and can accommodate two events at the same time .
Can I make a deposit or payment over the phone?
We can take credit card payments with a Credit Card Authorization Form. Just fill the form out, sign it and fax or scan and e-mail the completed form to our office.
