No, gratuity is not included. Gratuity for our wedding coordinators and serving staff is up to your discretion and always appreciated!

No, our wedding coordinators assist in the planning of your wedding day! We create a timeline, layout, run your wedding rehearsal, handle the set-up and clean-up of your personal wedding items and ensure your vendors & our staff are working together to achieve a memorable celebration for you and your guests.

The Hacienda has a parking lot which is available at no additional charge.

No, there is no property rental fee.

We do not guarantee specific colors or type of flower for our centerpieces, but they always reflect the garden setting of our property. If you want anything specific, you may always provide your own centerpieces. There would be no change in the package cost.

Yes, included in the wedding package is (1) half-hour of wedding rehearsal time scheduled on Thursdays between 3:00pm-8:00pm.

Yes, there are numerous hotels in close proximity to our location. Please see the Hacienda Referral List with recommended hotels, some of which offer our clients nice discounts.

Yes, our mahogany Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions are available as an upgrade for $4.00 per chair plus service charge and sales tax.

Yes, we have a referral list that will help you find all the vendors that you need.

Yes, at The Hacienda we allow live bands (in the Taos Room only and only when you have the entire property booked for your event), mariachis, harpists and string quartets, etc. and DJs (DJs must be from our referral list).

You have a variety of choices available to you. Your pianist can play traditional wedding pieces, classical or contemporary.  Any special arrangements would be negotiated directly with your pianist.

The Hacienda can go as late as 11:00pm.

Yes. We normally have a morning and an evening wedding or private event and can accommodate two events at the same time unless the entire property is booked out.

We can take credit card payments with a Credit Card Authorization Form.
